We have learnt how to craft Prosecco from the best winemakers of the area, who have handed down their knowledge and traditions through generations. Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene Maggior Consiglio is produced in limited quantities and can be enjoyed as Brut DOCG, Extra Dry DOC, and Blanc de blanc.
Bubbles, fruity and floral aromas, and exquisite elegance: Prosecco is more than just a wine. It is a way of life. Ours is made in Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a hilly area not far from both Venice and the Dolomites. The area gained the official DOC appellation status in 1969, and since 2009 it has been acknowledged as DOCG, the highest quality recognition for Italian wines.
We follow the white winemaking protocol by separating the must from the skins to enhance freshness and fragrance, and allowing it to ferment with selected natural yeasts. The wine remains in stainless steel tanks where it develops its delicate aromas, fruity flavours and its distinctive yellow hue.
